02One-Pot Buffalo Chicken Tortellini
Ingredients
- 14 oz. frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup garlic buffalo wing sauce (such as Sweet Baby Ray's or your favorite wing sauce)
- 1 cup bleu cheese dressing
- 1½ cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- 01Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 02Build Sauce Base: In an oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and bleu cheese dressing. Stir until fully integrated.
- 03Simmer: Pour in the chicken broth and add the cream cheese. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently, until the cream cheese is completely melted and smooth.
- 04Add Pasta & Cheese: Fold in the frozen tortellini to coat evenly. Top with an even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 05Bake: Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted and lightly golden brown.
- 06Rest & Serve: Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken before serving.
